What will I be doing?

Drive and develop the Brix sales process

  • Take over relationships with our active leads and help them through the sales funnel
  • Engage with Maths Hubs, centres of excellence, Academy chains and other organisations with large numbers of school contacts
  • Research, book and organise Maths teacher conferences
  • Reach out to new schools and book sales meetings for CEO
  • Use a data-driven approach to test effectiveness of our sales processes

Develop existing customer relations

  • Grow and nurture relationships with our┬ácustomers
  • Develop metrics to measure customer satisfaction and engagement, as well as effectiveness and quality
  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Meet with teachers and students in person to better to develop empathy and a direct understanding their needs

Other avenues to explore

  • Take first steps into the international market – initial research on its size and value, first approaches to schools
  • Spearhead efficacy trials
  • Meet with academic institutions with interest in EdTech in order to explore options for more formal trials of Brix
  • Explore how to put Brix direct in the hands of parents and students
  • Any other opportunities you see!

What skills and qualities do I need?

  • Great writing and communication skills
  • Natural relationship building skills and a passion for developing customer loyalty
  • Data-driven and results focused, with strong attention to detail
  • Being a proactive problem solver
  • Self-motivation, and able to work independently and comfortable collaborating across functional teams
  • A passion for Mathematics and a desire to share that passion with as many people as possible
  • An interest in teaching and pedagogy
  • Experience in EdTech
